In accordance with local and state guidelines, proof of vaccination is required to enter indoor venues, ISBNPA will be requiring proof of vaccination record for in-person attendance at ISBNPA Annual Meeting 2022.

Proof of vaccination includes a vaccination card issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, documentation from a health care provider, or a digital record of vaccination issued by Arizona, another state, or another country.

The space in the Phoenix Convention Center is large enough for social distancing, hand sanitizer will be placed throughout the venue, and masks will be required to wear indoors. 

We will continue to follow the latest evidence-based guidelines and provide updates on our COVID mitigation plan as needed. It takes everyone in our ISBNPA community to contribute to these safety efforts.
